HOW TO ENTER. To enter, visit the STUDENT CONSULT What’s Up Doc? Contest (“Contest”) webpage at http://www.studentconsult.com, complete the online registration form, and then submit your entry. Contests run on a quarterly basis.There is no limit to the number of entries with different answers from the same e-mail address per quarter.Duplicate entries from the same e-mail address with the same answers will be void. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Only entries submitted electronically to this Web site in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to all entrants who are legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia) and the United Kingdom, eighteen (18) years of age or older, and full-time undergraduate students and part- and full-time graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of entry. Employees of Elsevier Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees are not eligible to enter.

DATA COLLECTION. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s email address and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion.

SELECTION OF WINNER. All entries with the correct answer are eligible for the prize drawing. Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. There will be one (1) winner each week selected at random from all of the eligible entries. In the event of no correct answer for the week, the Contest will run again the next week. Drawings will be made by the Company, whose decisions are final.

PRIZE. The prize is an Elsevier book. The book prize changes each week and is specified each week on the Contest webpage at http://www.studentconsult.com. The approximate retail value of the book prize will be between US Dollar 40 and US Dollar 170. If necessary due to unavailability, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of the Sponsor.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS. Neither Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor its advertising or promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain incorrect or inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if the Contest cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

CONSENT TO USE OF INFORMATION. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to permit Sponsor to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, address (city and state) and biographical information for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

NOTICE TO WINNER. The potential winner will be notified by electronic mail within fourteen (14) days of the contest end date. The potential winner will be asked to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and release within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification. Non-compliance within that time may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

RELEASE. To enter, visit the STUDENT CONSULT Best Coloring Contest (“Contest”) webpage at http://www.studentconsult.com, printout and complete the Registration Form , and then submit your entry by mail to: Elsevier Inc., Attn: Elyse O’Grady, Netter’s Anatomy Coloring Book, 1600 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19103-2899. The Sponsor will accept submissions from March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2012. Only entries submitted in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
